Beautiful/rare full leather cover design with illustrated paper laid down to both sides, beveled cover edges, blind stamped borders, pretty blind stamped leaf binding with colored bands, blind stamped cover/inner cover edges, red page edges, marble end pages, with about 42 fine illustrations throughout, black borders to each page. Very Good condition overall. Some wear to edges, little color to edges/hinges/spine, light abrasions to spine, two bookplates fastened to front endpapers (Rt. Hon. Sir John Rolt/Politician), some blemishing throughout, text block is tight, thicker stock pages, hinges holding well, thicker boards.
