Book, dust jacket and slipcase are all in Like New condition and are new from the publisher. Shrink-wrap was removed as it was coming loose. Twelve black and white illustrations, full-color wrap-around dust jacket, full-color frontispiece hand-tipped at the front of the book all done by François Vaillancourt. Offset printed on acid-free archival quality paper stock, fine binding, hot foil stamping on the front cover and spine, smyth-sewn binding, high quality endpapers, sewn-in satin ribbon page marker. Custom-made slipcase stamped with hot foil and featuring a unique die-cut window. Signed by Scott Carson, Stewart O’Nan, and François Vaillancourt. Limited to 750 signed and numbered copies. We have numbers 446, 586 and 588. 

Book measures approximately 6 3/4 inches by 9 3/4 inches by 2 1/2 inches in slipcase with 616 pages.
